Mark Inn Hotel Deira

Very good hotel with nice staff working . Abdul Rahim and jigmesh from reception and all the concierge staff was very helpful . Thanks to Islam nahidul and the other one who was the restaurant in charge gave an excellent service . The kitchen staff was just amazing . Room for the price is v. good . I would like to thank the management of this hotel for having such good and polite staff .

The hotel location is very good, it's very close to the metro and bus station, also to the center of the services area. The reception staff was welcoming and very helpful, especially the baggage porters. Room was very clean and cozy. Only the room was alittle bit small and the view from the window wasn't good Toilets are clean and equipped with all the personal care items you might need. Definitely my next visit to Dubai will be at the same hotel.

The hotel is literally just 2 mins or less away from the Banayas Square Metro station so it's one of the most convenient hotels you could ever take when visiting Dubai without having to use Uber or Careem for each trip. The room was excellent, spacious, with all the amenities in order and WiFi working 100% Our breakfast was included and the items were changed everyday so each day was varied in its breakfast offerings. The dishes were also delicious as they are cooked by the hotel's in house restaurant. The restaurant is also open 24 hours and their menu set is hard to beat, delicious, with 3 dishes and many options to choose from, and at a price you couldn't easily find anywhere else in Dubai. Their staff was the best part of our experience though, they were attentive and very helpful.

the hotel is very clean, the staff is just super, very polite, kind, smiling, checked in early in the morning since there was an opportunity to give me a room, the room is impeccably clean, has everything, slippers, snow-white towels, everything for the shower, cosmetics, clean bath, shower works very wellThe hotel has peace and quiet, the room is very cozy, a large comfortable bed, the TV shows many channels well, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, tea, sugar, coffee, water is provided every day, cleaning is done daily. In September I vacationed in a hotel in the Dubai Marina area, there wasn’t even that, although the hotel was 5 stars, the Mark lnn hotel deserves high praise for its entire service, the staff in particular deserves high praise and respect. Next time I will definitely come only to this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the metro, supermarkets, the residents of the Deira area are friendly

Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. Special thanks goes to Abdul Rahim the Reception Officer for accommodating my requests for early check-in and late check-out. Cooked hot breakfast with change in menu daily. Location was easily accessible as it was near Baniyas Square metro station. Note that using Google Maps will make you walk 8 min along a longer route. But the Reception staff later showed a shortcut through a carpark that took about a 3 min walk.
